Tasty Squirrels

A single squirrel will provide a basic meal for one person. However, if you are lucky enough to catch more than one, you can make a variety of meals to satisfy your family.

I've posted before about planting enough trees or living near enough to a tree stand or forest that supports a lot of squirrels.

They are relatively easy enough to catch, provide much needed protein and are tasty!
